Program Offerings

Cabral Leadership & Innovation Center is fulfilling its main goals of addressing the needs of the youth it serves holistically through the Center. Through a set of year-round and summer based programs, the Center works to prepare and train youth in the skills needed to progress into young adults.

The Center offers seven programs: Ambassador Program, 7 Beyond, REVAMP Program, Pro Susesu Program, Start Up Jovem, Cabral Civic Academy, Cabral Scholars Program.

Throughout the CLIC programming we instill a multicultural and cross-curriculum approach by incorporating art expression at every level. This overarching component helps to develop a higher level of communication, empathy and discipline that participants need to be competitive both in business and community engagement.

7 Beyond

Individual and peer mentoring for middle school youth focused on educational and career goal attainment.

REVAMP Program

Re-engaging and mentoring unenrolled youth and young adults through education, mentorship, and coaching.

Pro Susesu Program

Preparation and coaching for vocational fields, trades, and professional career paths.

Start Up Joven

Entrepreneurial development for youth and young adults, with a focus on learning critical concepts in start-ups, business, investment, and finance.

Cabral Civic Academy

Leadership development and capacity building with a focus on civic engagement in local communities.

Cabral Scholars Program

Advanced leadership development program with focus on skills, strategies, and competencies for community, college, and professional spheres.

Ambassadors Program

A youth summer program designed to strengthen academics, nurture creativity, build confidence, through individual and group-based experiences.
